The simple answer would be because I’m a redhead!

In reality though it’s a bit more complex.  As a natural redhead I understood I was different from a very early age.  It’s something kids are great at, noticing differences between each other.  I learned I had a choice, I could retreat and try to fade into the background of life or I could embrace what made me special and life my life on my terms.

Yes, as I kid I was teased and called names simply because of my hair colour but I also knew that it’s what made me special and unique.

Each of us has something within us that is special, unique and different and it’s also what makes the world great.  I’ve noticed though women seem to struggle with this idea and it shows up in many different ways.

As women try to suppress what is unique and special about themselves they often feel like their life is lacking.

Maybe you can relate, have you ever felt:

• Discontent
• Frustrated
• Under appreciated
• Unloved
• Unnoticed
• Overwhelmned
• Pressured
• Lack of Motivation

If you have you’re suppressing your own Inner Redhead, your own desires, wants and personal needs.  This isn’t about a “me” syndrome it’s about self care, and acknowledging that you too are worthy of appreciation, joy, happiness, contentment, and excitement in your life.
